EL GRÁN CAÑÓN Y BISONTES AL ATARDECER - THE GRAND CANYON AND BISONS AT DUSK.

Hemos decidido contemplar este gran laberinto de cañones, fisuras y quebradas en la roca con formaciones inusuales, mesetas y torres que van cambiando de color según la hora del día esculpido en millones de años por la naturaleza y el rio Colorado, desde la parte Norte ya que la parte sur aunque es más Impresionante, parece un parque de atracciones y ya tuvimos la oportunidad de verlo hace trece años. Esta parte ofrece una experiencia totalmente distinta solitaria y tranquila, y no deja de ser el Gran Cañón. Atravesamos el bosque de Kaibi y vemos un panel de entrada al parque nacional del Gran Cañón, Jose y yo nos miramos y nos da la risa, habíamos visto un panel de aviso de bisontes cruzando la carretera, pero lo que no podíamos imaginarnos es que unas millas más adelante encontraríamos una manada de más de cuarenta en frente de nuestros ojos. Jose siempre había querido ver bisontes y no puede creérselo. Esta atardeciendo y la luz se refleja en sus pieles, es todo un espectáculo, los pocos coches que se dirigen a esta parte del Gran Cañón, para para contemplarlos y hacerles fotos. Con el mapa que nos dan hacemos un plan de rutas para el día siguiente, pero se está haciendo de noche y en el parque no se puede dormir a no ser que hayas reservado en la zona de camping que es pequeña y está llena, así que aquí vamos a descubrir una nueva modalidad de hotel, ACAMPADA DISPERSA. Hay zonas donde parece que se puede acampar de forma gratuita, y en este bosque Kalibi está permitido, cumpliendo ciertas reglas claro, encontramos nuestro sitio rodeados de pinos ponderosa, ¡ día de suerte !. Por la mañana bien temprano nos levantamos dispuestos a explorar este Grande, efectivamente, apenas hay gente y las vistas son espectaculares, hacemos unos cuantos kilómetros bordeando el cañón, las vistas nos dejan sin palabras.¡Ha sido un placer volverte a ver Gran Cañón!

We have decided to visit this great maze of canyons, fissures and gorges in the rock with unusual forms, mesas and towers that change the color depending on time of day that the nature and the Colorado river have sculpted over millions of years from the northern side even of the southern side is more impressive, it looks like an attraction park and it is crowded, besides we already had the opportunity to see it thirteen years ago.

Jose always wanted to see bison’s and he cannot believe it, it is almost sunset, and sun light reflects in their skins, it is an spectacle, the few cars entering the park stop to contemplate and take some pictures. With the map we got at the entrance we are planning some trekking’s for the next day, but it is getting dark and it not allow to sleep in the park unless you've booked in the camping area that it is very small and crowded, so here we will discover a new type of accommodation, “ Disperse camping” There are some areas where it seems that you can camp for free, with certain rules of course and in this Kalibi forest it is permitted, We find a nice spot surrounded by ponderosa pines, lucky day! Very early in the morning we get ready to explore this Big, indeed, there are hardly people and the views are spectaculars, we walk a few kilometers along the canyon, the views left us speechless. ¡It has been a pleasure to see you again Grand Canyon !.
